All Print Ready Artwork files should have 3mm of bleed on every side of the artwork.
Any less will not be accepted as Print Ready Artwork.

Artwork must be supplied in a Print Ready / High Quality PDF. Word files, Publisher files are not Print Ready and will need to be correct by one of our in-house designers – this will incur a design / fix up fee.

It is highly recommended that all images are atleast 300dpi. Images from the web are low quality (72dpi) and not usable for print production. If you have low resolution images you will be notified on your proof file, where you will have to acknowledge that your images may print out pixelated.

Our Offset and Digital Presses print CMYK only.
We do Print PMS Pantone Spot Colours on our Offset Presses (additional costs / or Spot Colour Quotes required).

All Books, Magazines and Booklets are to be supplied in a Single Page Scrolling PDF with all the appropriate finished artwork requirement (eg. Bleed, Trims, CMYK Format, High Resolution Imagery etc).

We recommend keeping any text or vital information or design aspect (eg. Logo) atleast 4mm away from the edge (Cut Line).

We can do a digital printed sample for most of our products before you proceed to print
(please allow 2-3 days for manufacture and delivery) (Offset and Spot Colour does not apply to hard Copies).

We recommend have a margin of atleast 10mm from any binding edge – especially wirebound books and calendars.

Stapled or Saddle Stitched Booklets need to have pages that are divisible by 4. (eg. 8 pages / 12 pages / 16 pages / 20 pages etc) We recommend going no further than 52 / 56 pages as the book starts to get quick thick and doesn’t sit flat (it bows) – When the pages get to this quantity we recommend get a Perfect Bound PUR Booklet instead.
